ALL IN THE DETAILS...

The Fontaine’s restaurant, Parker, is an extension of the hotel itself. Featuring a refreshingly modern design that delights and pays tribute to the City of Fountains, the space becomes more than just a place for dining entertainment.

The new bar lounge uses various types of seating, such as intimate bar height pub tables and long communal tables for groups, to create an atmosphere that encourages guests to gather, linger, and indulge – much like the atmosphere one experiences while exploring Kansas City’s Country Club Plaza. Inspired by the plaza at night, the color palette is a fresh mix of cool grays and deep blues that are reminiscent of fountain lights, while unexpected pops of olive green and copper reference the more urban elements of Kansas City’s architecture.

Hints of antique mirror in the back bar bring a rippled, reflective quality to the design, giving a subtle nod to the properties of water. Paired with plush furnishings and warm wood tones, Parker further embraces its authentic and unique character, creating a sophisticated and moody setting that resonates with tourists and Kansas City locals alike.
